Scout is a lively 4-year-old short-coated sable girl. She is happy to welcome visitors to her home and gets on well with adults and children.
Scout is fully house-trained and she can be left for short periods
without any issues. She loves going in the car but is a restless
traveller.
Scout will bark when someone approaches the house but not
excessively. Outside she loves to run and play and particularly enjoys retrieving items from the river.
Scout has not had any formal training, and new owners would need to work on her basic obedience, lead walking and recall. Scout has never lived with another dog but loves to play given the opportunity, she does need to be taught that not all dogs want to be approached. She has never shown any aggression and is very food oriented so training should be a rewarding experience.
Scout is being rehomed because of a change in family circumstances which mean her owners no longer have the time and energy to give her the attention and exercise that she needs
