Ordering
All of our items are stitched to order. We do not hold stock of all sizes and all colours so delivery time can take up to 28 days. Please be aware of this when ordering.

Cancellation Policy
This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:

• All embroidered items, as these are stitched to order.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us or write to us.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Returns Policy
All of our items are stitched to order. We cannot accept returns for items unless they are faulty or incorrect through our error. Returns will not be accepted without a returns note or returns acceptance from Design & Co. For any items which are faulty or damaged we will give a full refund or replace them free of charge, if they are returned within 14 days. You need to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them prior to return.

To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item. Then send the package with your full name, address, order number, contact telephone number and email address to us at the address below:

Important note: We cannot be liable for items sent unrecorded. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Delivery
All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail service.

Orders are usually received within 28 days, although we will always try to accommodate if you have a more pressing deadline, just contact us.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Security
Your online credit card transactions are secure we use PayPal as a 3rd party Payment Service Provider to ensure safe internet transmission of your personal information.
