When we saw this big handsome guy we knew he had to come home with us! Poor guy had a bad deal previously because his other family thought he was grumpy, and gave him a away on Gumtree. Turns out he's got pseudomonas in his ears! Which would explain the 'grumpiness'. Eileen from GSD rescue took him in, and did a great job getting him better. We've got him to the stage he is happy for us to clean his ears, and it's bothering him less and less.

Rocky is such a happy, big, playful guy, if a bit clumsy where cups and ornaments are concerned with that big waggy tail ha ha ha. He is loving his new life and new pack! Our other dog Meg and him have become good chums. Rocky loves to play with his toys, and especially loves a game of football. He is also a real water dog, and loves going in the river on his walks! So much so that he now has his own paddling pool at home!

Eileen and GSD rescue did a cracking job giving this fantastic dog another chance! He's such good fun, a brilliant addition to our family, and it's a privilege to have the big guy! We love him to bits!
