When my lovely GSD Tara died suddenly of peritonitis. I was shocked and upset as she was only 8 years old and had been healthy and happy.

Life was not the same without her, and I and my other dog collie/cross Rani missed her terribly. I decided that I would like another GSD.

Tara had been a fantastic enthusiastic energetic dog who had come from GSD Rescue Scotland. I got in touch with the rescue and Maya came into our life.

Maya is a beautiful, affectionate, cuddly dog. Rani is an old girl, and although great for her age, no longer wants to play rough all the time. Maya is gentle with her and they get on well together. Maya loves crunchy apples and chasing a ball. Problem is she likes to collect balls and sticks and bring them home!

She has been a wonderful addition to us and I couldn't imagine life without her.
